COVID-19 created a pent-up demand, more so for beach and vacation properties, thus the reason for Interamerican’s increase in sales between 2020 and 2022.

Despite the difficulties of 2020 and 2021, these years where full of challenges but also opportunities. 2020 was a record year in sales for Interamerican, just like 2021.

2022 is surpassing the sales of the last two years and will be a record in results well above those obtained in the previous two years. The goals for the future are to exceed these results.
